A consistent, professional look across our faculty profiles and department pages strengthens City Techs online presence and reinforces our shared identity.

To maintain this standard, the Office of Communications provides updated full-color faculty headshots as part of the College's website maintenance process.

Sessions can be booked through the Book Your Headshot Session page.

Headshot sessions are mandatory for faculty whose photos are more than five years old or whose appearance has significantly changed. Approved images will be uploaded directly to the website. Headshots older than five years or those that no longer meet quality standards will be removed.

Faculty members are encouraged to review their current headshot and schedule a session if needed. In 2025, priority will be given to full-time faculty and staff.

Faculty and staff who prefer to submit their own photo must ensure it meets College standards. Selfies, outdoor shots, and casual photos are not accepted. Please send headshot to communications@citytech.cuny.edu.

Submitted images must:

• Be a professional headshot
• Feature a single-color, neutral background
• Be clear, well-lit, and free of blurriness or shadows
