The last day to drop a class with a grade of "W" is 5/17.

Filing period for September 2021 graduation opens 5/28.

The last day to resolve an INC grade is Oct 5th!

All LAA/LAS students will be assigned a faculty advisor, via text message and/or NYCCT email. For Summer and Fall 2021 registration, if you have not been contacted by your advisor by 3/22, email the main Arts & Sciences' office. When contacting advisors, make sure to complete the digital scheduler, located above in Student Resources/Important forms; providing the information required is essential for accurate and correct advisement.

  • When contacting your advisor or the main office, please include on the subject line your EMPL ID and whether you are considering Summer and/or Fall registration. Ex. 2345xxx/Fall 2021

  • Digital Scheduler *
  • * When contacting an advisor, please download the digital scheduler, fill it out, save, and send via email; or, have it on hand, during a virtual conference. If doing virtual advisement, make sure to review with advisor everything listed on the form.

  • Change of Curriculum **
  • ** Only AFTER you have consulted an advisor, complete the form, save, and then send to from your NYCCT email.

    • While we are away from campus, the director's signature is not necessary, if sent from NYCCT email
