The AAS degree program provides students with a solid foundation in theory and current practices of the hospitality industry and a core of liberal arts and science courses that will prepare them for flexible career development.
Hospitality Management/BTech
The BTech degree in Hospitality Management is an internationally recognized program. Students may choose an area of focus that includes food and beverage management, culinary arts, pastry arts, tourism, and lodging operations. Classes are held in computer labs, traditional classrooms, five well-equipped laboratories, and a demonstration amphitheater offering opportunities for students to learn industry standards in a hands-on environment.
